Fragrance Care & Warm-Weather Delivery
Fragrance—whether in a decant, travel spray, or full bottle—is best experienced and stored at room temperature.
If your fragrance arrives warm:
- Bring the package inside as soon as possible.
- Allow the fragrance to return to room temperature for several hours, or overnight, before spraying.
- Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Do not refrigerate or freeze it.
A fragrance exposed to warm transit conditions may smell slightly different while it is still warm. Once it has cooled and rested, it should smell and perform as intended. For the vast majority of shipments, temporary warmth during delivery is not a cause for concern.
Every fragrance is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

I am writing this review because I am questioning y my 10 mL of imagination i got yesterday from you guys smells very different from the 5mL travel spray and the 1.5 tester I used up from microperfumes. There is something not right, I just doesn't smell the same as microperfumes. Did Louis Vuitton change it up or is one of the companies using a clone. Please let me know what you think might be the issue. I wish I could afford a real bottle from Louis, and unfortunately I live in Montana and there is no Louis Vuitton close because I would go to store and check the difference between them.
Hello, Thanks for your feedback. We have no concerns related to authenticity or quality of our products, especially related to the LV line. We do not purchase from secondary market sources like others may do. We have noticed some foundational changes with the Imagination scent over the last few seasons which have been disappointing which we can only assume are related to popularity, demand and potential production changes.
