At Bluegrass Fragrance Co, we work to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, product launches, high-order-volume periods, severe weather, or other circumstances affecting operations.

Orders are not considered shipped until tracking information has been issued.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, destination, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other events outside our control.

Bluegrass Fragrance Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, service interruptions, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, when available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and be available to receive the package when necessary.

Correct Shipping Address Required

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Bluegrass Fragrance Co is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, any reshipment fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Carrier Confirmation / Delivered Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

Bluegrass Fragrance Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your mail area, and the shipping carrier directly before contacting us.

Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at TheBluegrassfc@gmail.com.

Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the shipping packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

Returned, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or an incorrect address supplied by the customer, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you would like the order reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, delivery times are estimates only and may vary significantly based on destination and customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Bluegrass Fragrance Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border inspections, or country-specific import procedures.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel shipments to certain regions, addresses, or jurisdictions at our sole discretion.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders that appear high-risk, fraudulent, or undeliverable.

Fragrance & Decant Shipping Notice

Many products sold by Bluegrass Fragrance Co are fragrance products, including hand-decanted samples and travel sizes. Minor cosmetic variations in atomizers, labels, or outer packaging may occur and do not constitute shipping damage or product defect.
