Return & Refund Policy
At Bluegrass Fragrance Co, we strive to provide authentic fragrances and high-quality service. Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, most purchases are considered final sale.
Return Eligibility
Returns are only considered for unopened full bottle items within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The item must show no signs of use, tampering, or damage.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact us at TheBluegrassfc@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Decants or sample sizes
- Opened fragrance bottles
- Used products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Decants and sample sizes cannot be returned due to hygiene and contamination concerns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing TheBluegrassfc@gmail.com.
Your email must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Misuse Disclaimer
We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for items that have been damaged due to:
- Improper handling
- Customer misuse
- Improper storage
- Normal wear after delivery
Fragrance Preference Disclaimer
Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary depending on skin chemistry, environment, and personal preference.
Bluegrass Fragrance Co does not guarantee satisfaction with scent profile, longevity, projection, or performance. Returns or refunds will not be granted due to fragrance preference.
Customers are encouraged to purchase smaller sample sizes before committing to larger sizes.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Bluegrass Fragrance Co is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
If tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Refund Processing
If a return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
By completing a purchase with Bluegrass Fragrance Co, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the customer being permanently restricted from future purchases.
Independent Retailer Disclaimer
Bluegrass Fragrance Co is an independent retailer. All fragrances sold are authentic products legally purchased from authorized retailers and rebottled into smaller atomizers when applicable.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original fragrance manufacturers or brands.
