Fragrance Care & Warm-Weather Delivery
Fragrance—whether in a decant, travel spray, or full bottle—is best experienced and stored at room temperature.
If your fragrance arrives warm:
- Bring the package inside as soon as possible.
- Allow the fragrance to return to room temperature for several hours, or overnight, before spraying.
- Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Do not refrigerate or freeze it.
A fragrance exposed to warm transit conditions may smell slightly different while it is still warm. Once it has cooled and rested, it should smell and perform as intended. For the vast majority of shipments, temporary warmth during delivery is not a cause for concern.
Every fragrance is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

The product was great but you have to wait way too long to get it. Will not be buying from your company again. There are others selling the same product and are prompt to get it to the customer.

Our business closure from June 27–July 4 was clearly communicated on the homepage of our website before checkout and again in every order confirmation email sent to you personally. We believe customers should take those notices into account before leaving reviews based solely on shipping speed.
